UX - Schedule In-Store Appointment

Objective:
Re-design the schedule appointment experience from online to in-store. This was achieved by the following:
- Understanding and mapping the customer journey
- Use existing personas and data to aid in design evaluation
- Conducting stakeholder interviews to better understand the current online to in-store appointment experience
- Comparative analysis of other in-store appointment experiences
- Wire-framing and prototyping of experience
- User testing of Prototypes utilizing a moderated and unmoderated approach in both desktop and mobile experiences.
Product description page - here the user is introduced to a schedule appointment option. From here, user can schedule a viewing of the product featured on the page.
From the product description page the user is taken to the Schedule Appointment landing page where they are shown:
- Current product they are wishing to view
- Nearest location
- Form for selecting date and time
- Ability to add any additional information

User can select month and day that best suites them.
User can select between morning, afternoon or evening.
User is presented with appointment confirmation.
